Ruby has the best traits of both her mum and her dad.
She loves an adventure as much as her mum. Any body of water must be swum in and any cliff or hill scrambled up. She is a dog that is keen to please which means she has been very easy to train. She is a great running companion and as she grows we expect her to be comfortable on any adventure.
She is a natural retriever, you say the word and she is off like a rocket to retrieve anything. The plan was always for her to be a family and adventure dog so she has had no proper retriever training, but it is definitely in her genetics.
She has inherited her enthusiasm from her dad and is incredibly playful. She also inherited her dad’s very sweet nature and absolutely loves a cuddle. If you’re stationary she will be right there next to you for any affection you are willing to give.
